We will miss you, Dr. Charles Stanley! Thank you for all your hard work, service, and dedication to Christ! You were a great man who is truly missed. It’s only right to mention some of your many accomplishments. You taught Sunday school to thousands of children around the world, gave away millions of Bibles and helped start hundreds of churches in multiple countries.

And I know it’s cliché, but you really did preach messages that changed lives! People knew they could rely on what you had to say because it came from someone who had lived it-yourself. To me personally, I remember when I first met Dr.

Some quotes from his works

The answer to every problem is Jesus.
Forgiving someone doesn’t mean that you trust them again, it means that you trust God to take care of the situation.
There are some things in life which we cannot control–but our attitude can be controlled.
It’s the bad attitudes that cause people to make mistakes and do wrong things.

We all want to succeed in life, but success isn’t measured by what you accomplish; it’s measured by how much effort you put into trying.
The Christian walk requires dedication, discipline, and obedience–and there will be pain involved. But God uses pain for good purposes.
Dr. Charles Stanley has been a great man who will truly missed by many. He had quotes that were extremely motivating and always encouraged those around him to stay strong through anything they go through. He was also a pastor, missionary, author and president of In Touch Ministries.

With these great accomplishments under his belt he died on December 15th at the age of 84 due to natural causes. He will be greatly missed as an inspiration for Christians everywhere!
When you look at everything God is accomplishing in your life, it’s impossible not to be overwhelmed by His goodness and love. This is what I mean when I say We have a good God.

When you think about all that He’s done for you–and all He has in store–your heart can’t help but fill with praise. We may never completely understand how much we are loved… But there’s one thing we know for sure: You can count on God’s unfailing love every day!

What is The Southern Baptist Convention?

dr charles stanley obituary 2021 -The Southern Baptist Convention, or SBC, is the largest Protestant Christian denomination in the United States of America and is based on a belief that only those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their savior are eligible for heaven and eternal life. Founded in 1845, it now has over 16 million members in over 40,000 churches across the country and holds to a literal interpretation of the Bible as its ultimate authority in faith and practice.

Its theology is generally considered Calvinist in nature with total depravity, unconditional election, prevenient grace, and perseverance of the saints. Its beliefs are largely summarized in the Baptist Faith & Message which was first adopted by vote at its annual meeting in 1925. As well as being rooted in scripture, Baptist beliefs are informed by major strands of theological thought including Arminianism, Lutheranism, Roman Catholicism, Pietism and Methodism.

Among other things, Baptists believe that God offers salvation through the sacrificial death of his son, Jesus Christ, to all people regardless of race or gender. They also believe in religious liberty and democracy as integral parts of Baptist heritage while eschewing extremes and false gospels such as prosperity theology. It’s sad to see one of our most inspirational leaders pass away so suddenly, but we can take comfort in knowing he lived a long, successful life – one where he touched millions of lives with the gospel message.
