Sarah Snook Weight Gain
Sarah Snook Weight Gain -I was about as skinny as you could get. I weighed around 115 lbs, you could have easily mistaken me for an underfed teenager instead of a twenty-five year old woman with her whole life ahead of her. I loved my body the way it was, and I wasn’t ashamed to show it off in my skimpy outfits, but unfortunately, my friends just couldn’t get past the fact that I had so little body fat on me.
What is my weight gain goal?
Sarah Snook Weight Gain
I am not a person who has ever been on a diet, but it seems like that is what my life consists of now. I am the type of person who eats more than one meal in a day and will consume everything in sight if you let me. There are no small snacks for me, just large ones! This is not how I want to live my life and so, today was the start of my weight gain journey. It all started when I woke up this morning and saw myself in the mirror (normally not an uncomfortable experience). But when I looked at myself, all I could think about was how big and round my stomach was getting with every passing day.
My weight gain timeline
I was always slender, with a small frame and no hips. I never had an issue with my weight until after the birth of my second child, when my body went through some major changes and I started gaining weight. Suddenly, there were rolls on my stomach and fat on my butt. It was uncomfortable wearing shorts or anything revealing. My clothes didn’t fit right. This is not what anyone wants to hear as they are trying to get back into shape after giving birth, but this is what happened when Sarah Snook Weight Gained.
I wanted to lose weight, but all of the diets out there seemed like they would be too hard for me to follow and maintain indefinitely; so it seemed easier just to give up entirely.
Why did I choose this path?

Sarah Snook weight gain journey is the embodiment of a strict diet and heavy weight training. Overcoming a lifelong battle with extreme anorexia and bulimia, Sarah found solace in bodybuilding and competed against other female bodybuilders at the California Cup Pro Championships in 2005. She has also come up with some tips for someone wanting to put on some pounds as well.
1)Find out what works for you- You need to find your body’s individual calorie expenditure rate by doing a rough estimate, multiplying your caloric intake by this number, and tracking your weight changes throughout the week. This is a great way to tailor what you eat so that you are getting just enough calories without feeling hungry or like you are missing out on anything.
Any tips on how to eat more?
Sarah Snook weight gain has been a lifelong battle that has resulted in 30 lbs. of weight gained. The process hasn’t been an easy one and required a lot of physical endurance, mental strength and discipline. There are many challenges that come with gaining weight such as muscle soreness, joint pain and even hair loss. However, these challenges are surmountable and worth it in the end due to the life-changing transformations.
Most people will question how she could manage this feat by consuming 5,000 calories per day when before only consumed 1,500 for several years.
What do you eat in a day/week?
The key to my weight-gain journey has been a healthy lifestyle. On average, I eat six small meals throughout the day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and two late-night snacks. I eat mostly foods that are high in protein and fat (such as eggs, bacon and avocado), but also include carbohydrates like whole grain breads or quinoa for an extra energy boost. I stick with foods that are low in sugar so that my insulin levels don’t spike too high which would then result in me putting on more weight. In addition to eating well throughout the day, it’s important not to skip any meals. If you’re feeling hungry then eating a little something will tide you over until your next mealtime arrives.

It’s important to have a support system in order for your weight gain journey to be successful. You’re going to need a place for all those delicious foods and an account at the gym. My favorite places are Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Costco. When it comes time for a workout, you can find me at Equinox or the YMCA.
Is there anything else you want people to know about your weight gain journey?
I was always boney and never really had a weight gain. The weight just came on so fast that I couldn’t keep up with it. It didn’t take too long before my clothes were getting tight and everything started falling out of my pants when I bent over. At first, the idea of gaining weight didn’t sound like a big deal, but as it became more and more difficult to find clothes that fit and keep my belly covered up when wearing shirts, the idea seemed less appealing.
